"A quaint motel for home base while touring around. Although there are not a lot of choices nearby for decent restaurants we managed. The room was very clean and backed on to a lake, it’s also on hwy 3 so is quite noisy early am with morning rush hour."

"This is a great hotel in Halifax. We stayed twice so far and each time our stay is very good. Ample free parking, gas station next to it, Walmart and Costco down the street. Room is big, clean, refrigerator plus microwave. Property looks good. Great shower. Staff very helpful. Safe location. Drinking water station and 24 hours coffee in lobby. I did not get the chance to try their onsite restaurant. Highly recommended."

"I was an Expedia VIP customer for the first time. Serge greeted me and assisted with getting me a welcome treat. Soft towels, jetted tub. Pleanty of hot water. Quiet room. Plenty of lighting. Large lot to park in. The only con is there is no level parking for motorcycles. Something they could improve on another otherwise amazing place."
