It has that rare old world standard of service, gracious, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful without ever feeling performative. The staff go out of their way to anticipate needs and make you feel truly welcome. They do not just meet expectations, they quietly raise them.
Dining at The Arms Public House is just as impressive. The food is consistently excellent, refined without being fussy, and always memorable.
Add in the easy parking, central location across from the Public Gardens, and the hotel’s historic charm, and it is hard to imagine staying anywhere else."
