「We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early. Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival. 「Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress. 「As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...
