「Always good to stay here」

「有點殘舊，但服務不錯 離市中心半小時車程」

「Beautiful old main building and well constructed new wing that blended seamlessly with the old main Hall. However, due to the layout and lack of lifts it meant a really long walk from our room to the main reception area. The Hotel seemed to have a lack of staff - the very nice mature lady at reception, was multitasking and ended up carrying our bags up to the room. This staff shortage manifested itself later when we went to have dinner - to be told that the gas was off in the kitchen and...

「Lovely old building. Nice bathtub. Lots of parking. Staff were very helpful n friendly. Excellent breakfast. Lidl is right across the road.」

「No reception or staff to greet you which was not an issue, I was emailed and messaged clear details of how to enter the property and my room. Car park at the side of the property was available and free to use. Spacious room and en suite. Room had a slight musty smell, difficult to have window open as near a busy room. When shut it is however quiet. Would I book again, yes. 」

「Absolutely seamless from booking to leaving. Great communication from manager Jay. Be aware that there is only 2 parking spaces on the front of the property, but on street parking is available. Room and kitchen were clean and tidy. Great place to stay would thoroughly recommend. The Alma Inn public house is a 7 minute drive away, it has an Indian restaurant attached to the pub, highly recommend the food, great selection and choice.」

「No Ventilation in toilets not even the room was. No tv. No remote controller was present for tele. Facilities like microwave or freezer either common or share should provided. Voices and noises from next rooms were disturbing.」

「Clean room, very comfortable beds, surprisingly quiet given the location」

「Room is clean, staff is friendly, location is safe and breakfast is good, except fire egg will be better than scrambled eggs!」

「Difficult to get to due to being gated and having to request entry via the intercom. Room was reasonably clean and quite basic. Headboard was hard, but the bed was comfortable. Surprisingly they still use old fashioned keys for door entry. Reception was closed at 0930 when we checked out and dropped off the key in a box attached to the wall.」

「The staff at the hotel were very friendly and chatty, really helpful too. The room was clean and the hotel stay included free access to the gym/fitness centre which was a lot better than could be reasonably expected, as well as a jacuzzi and a steam room. The pool was out of order and I didn't try the breakfast as I had an early morning for an event but would definitely stay again if I'm in the area」
