「firstly, the staff are informative but not really want to help. Besides, the room is clean but not in a good condition, after i went out for sightseeing, the room was terribily hot, i called the housekeeping to have a look of the air conditioner but no response afteri called for the second time, the staff told me that today was sunday so no one will come to fix it! The only way was to change the room. Unluckily, the new room was too cold to stay.The location of hotel is ok, 8minutes to subway...

「The hotel is beautiful and clean, in the middle of a neighborhood quiet but the area was dirty and the front desk staff as well as the bar staff were not friendly, unprofessional and inattentive 」

「入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂」
