「This is one of my best EVER travel experiences! Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff amazing, but I need to give a shout out to Beatrice and Ester, thanks ladies for making our experience so fantastic. The houseboat(s) are the cutest little miniature apartments with everything included, and the decks on the roofs are so great for viewing the area oh and relaxing in the hammock! 「Excellent stay overall and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful! Room was clean but construction quality is not perfect. A wall light switch was broken, shower handle was leaking water in a couple of places, floor had an overlay surface which felt damp to the touch.」

「Safe and quiet area. Close to the Oceanarium which the kids enjoyed. AC is a lifesaver in the heatwave. Nice complimentary Nespresso coffee. Would be nice if wine opener is provided. 」

「The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick.」

「Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.」

「Clean but tired property, very steep stairs down to door even though it said ground floor. Bathroom basin drain almost totally blocked. 10 minute walk to many dining options near station. Overall ok value for money but won’t stay again.」
