I liked the breakfast delivered each morning. Location was perfect. I would’ve liked a more traditional bathroom vanity that had more countertop space and storage so I could store and lay out my toiletries when getting ready but I made it work. Apartment was quite spacious. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and I loved having a kitchen. The cleaning ladies were very good at their jobs and were so polite and helpful as was everyone else. I can’t say enough how perfect the location is. The airport transportation I booked through the hotel worked perfect. Great drivers and on time. We will be coming back to Portugal with my grown children and will definitely stay at Chiado Arty Flats again.

The room was cute and decorated well. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast delivered to the room each day was fantastic. Great location! Tons of restaurants/bars/shopping nearby. Towels did have some stains.

Really Nice staff and the hotel is in an ideal location surrounded by amazing restaurants and beautiful sights. The rooms are funky cool and well appointed. The apartment was fun, modern and quite spacious. The staff was very helpful, gave us good recommendations for dining. The location in central Lisbon. You can walk to many places of interest, just wear comfortable shoes to walk those cobblestone streets up and down!
