Donna, the owner, was very accommodating, sociable and offered us access to the entire home with use of the kitchen, fireplace, outdoor fire pit and outside deck areas. Breakfast was also excellent! 「This was a great facility. The hotel Was super clean and close to JMU so we got to everything quickly. Bed was comfy. We even had time to enjoy a few games of pool in the evening. The only thing that could use improvement is some new cue sticks. They were not great. Small thing to complain about ;). The workout area was nice and clean as well with a decent variety of weights and machines. 」

「Silver Lake Inn is an amazing bed-and-breakfast. From the beautiful scenery to the historical house to the lovely room with the comfortable bed and great shower. The hospitality of the innkeepers was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay very much. So much so that I’m already thinking about booking it for next year. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.」
