「Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again. My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They...

「Was fantastic, the staff brilliant the food quality amazing. We did eat in 2 of the restaurants but the buffet was the best I’ve had for an all inclusive. I know some people have mentioned not on the beach it’s a 2min walk max from the exit of the resort where the bar is so yes a small walk to get a drink. But on the beach the hotel has its own sun beds and area. I would say only fault but understand at the restaurant not all options include and extra charge for those options they give a 30%...

「My stay at Ella Alkyna was lovely. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food! Every restaurant the food was excellent. My favorite was Satoumi. You can tell that Ella really took their time putting together restaurants/menus/chefs because the restaurants did not disappoint. All of the wait staff really made sure that you were comfortable and were taken care of. I think my only qualm is the hills, it was a steep hill to get to the beach/steep hill to get back to the main reception...

「The staff and the facilities were absolutely fantastic. Never met such friendly and helpful people at a hotel before. The kitchen was excellent and perfect choices every day. The only downside is the location; when booking a ‘mountain view’ room or suite, be aware that it will be facing a busy road. If you sleep with your windows closed - fine. With an open window, it will be noisy. But the people there made our stay as pleasant as they could - thanks a lot!」

「This hotel has a different name in the GPS Corfu Maris Bellos with really bad reviews I guess they change the name. 1. Make sure you get the right room with the ocean view because this hotel doesn’t show real pictures for standard rooms at the website even if it says ocean view you only get half ocean view 2. You have air conditioning in your room, the lobby and other areas doesn’t and it’s pretty hot 3. The beach is not for swimming it’s full of seaweeds, rocks and smells 4. The pool is big...
