「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.」

「Everything was great, clean and spacious rooms, front desk receptionist was excellent, the bar staff were kind and friendly. The location is very close to the ferry terminal and to good restaurants. The only problem was for the rooms not air conditioned. We were there on the first week of March 2026 and the room was hot. We opened the windows but the noises coming from the street 」
