"This is a beautiful facility. However there is constant noise with large trucks driving by from 6:30 am to 7 at night. The music played one night til 5 am from a neighboring property. Food was top notch. All made fresh so be prepared to wait. Service for drinks was very slow."

"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it...

"El fraude por todo lado ... supuestamente varios daños se ocasionaron el misno dia de la estadia , por lo que ni agua corriente habia , la nevera y el asador super sucios y luego el dueño de la finca reconoce que en esas condiciones que la alquilo no era lo indicado; que indico que solicitara el reembolso completo a hoteles..com que el lo aceptaba ,,y ahora me informan que el mismo lo nego ... a parte de irresponsable , deshonesto por que bloqueo mi numero ... este comportamiento no es de...

"Nada limpio, la pisicina muy sucia, en general el lugar no es limpio. Las habitaciones regulares, no había ni jabón para las manos, no había agua en la ducha. Para el precio que pagamos nada que ver. No lo recomiendo. "

"Lol, where do i start...there was so many issues. Everything we asked for when it came to lunch and dinner that was on the menu was not available or they ran out of. My room was "the quadruple mountain view" but there was no but trees. The bathroom was not in the room and also i asked for extra towels and they could not accommodate us with any new towels. The room was super tiny when we are a family of 4. I will never come here again."

"Me esperaba más de un hotel que cobra 1.1 MM la noche. La habitación no es acorde al precio. Parece mas habitación de un Motel que de un hotel SPA. Paredes sucias, piso deteriorado, muebles deteriorados y del baño sale olor a alcantarilla. Pedí un corte de carne que tampoco es acorde a lo que deberia ser, por lo que también son precios no acordes! "
