The hotel had good amenities. Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was hit or miss, had to call for service sometimes, requests for extra towels, coffee, etc were sometimes missed. Generally a good property, excellent location for South Beach. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was great. Breakfast was good. Room looks really small but after awhile you get used to it. I’m claustrophobic but didn’t have any issues with the size.
