「Our party of 3 arrived the evening of Apr 3rd for a 3 night stay. The owner showed us to our cabin, and it was in terrible condition. The stairs were loose, the handrailing was rickety, the door didn't fit properly. Once inside, we could see it was poorly built, the bathroom was dirty, and it appeared not to have hot water, although we never had a chance to find out for sure. We went for something to eat, and then came back to the cabin for a shower and a nights sleep. My 2 friends were...

「The hosts were fabulous. Met us when we arrived and explained a few things. Some will was undertaken whilst we were staying there which made the kitchen much more usable and the bathroom for storage. Not quite big enough for a family of 5. Sleeping was well catered for but not enough room to sit inside for 5 people on the dining table or in the evening in the living room. However a stunning table outside which is covered so this can be used. We saw a sloth in the back garden and numerous birds...

「This was a great place to stay! It was just like it looked in the pictures. It is in a great central location for Monteverde. I was happy with everything that came with this property. The bed was comfortable, a full kitchen, a nice bathroom and shower, and enough seating for this size of place. I really liked all the windows, but extremely private at the same time.」

「The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains....
