An amazing place

An amazing inn. Well designed and comfortable. Totally new. Feels like home away from home. Natalie and Aldo are outstanding hosts, kind and generous. There is a fire ring for s'mores and plenty of space for kids to run around. We will definitely be back.

An idyllic hideaway

What a wonderful delight when we stayed at the Silas House. It felt like home. The hosts were most gracious and very friendly. They were also very helpful with the area information and restaurants. Having the whole house as an extension of our room and outside was unlike any hotel. Meeting other guests was a delight too. All and all it was an amazing experience. If you are able book the king suite. It is on the first floor and very roomy. Enjoy.

We recently stayed at The Silas House it was a delightful bed and breakfast inn, and it was an exceptional experience that I'd highly recommend to others. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly personable and helpful, offering great suggestions for sightseeing and exploring the quaint rural hamlets. Their local knowledge and enthusiasm made our visit much more enriching. One of the highlights was a personal tour of the property. The inn, built in the late 1800’s includes a barn that was once a dairy barn, adding a unique historical touch. The house itself exudes old-world charm and is incredibly spacious. The common areas are welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. In summary, this bed and breakfast is a gem. The personal touches, historical charm, and warm hospitality make it a standout choice. I can't wait to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay.
