「We arrived at the property at almost 7 pm. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people. When we got to the property they only had 1 room reserved and told us that the cleaning lady was not done cleaning our rooms yet. We left for dinner and came back and the rooms were "ready". 「Some of the staff were kind and helpful, the individual that checked us in was not. The pool is not usable which is a big deal when traveling with three kids. Wish we would have known ahead of time, we would have went elsewhere. 」
