「Manager not there when I tried to check in at 11pm. He showed up fifteen minutes later. Was charged extra $100 stated it will be returned but hasn't yet. Room was freezing even though we turned the heater on. Never warmed up the room Bed was comfortable and managed to keep us warm. 」

「Self check in very easy. Staff is available if needed. Property had wonderful views. Restaurant on the property was open very accommodating. Would stay again and use the out door hot sauna.」

「Room was dirty. Microwave had food in from god knows when. Only 1 coffee for the coffee maker and it was not replenishment for the 2nd night.」

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」

「Would not recommend, I stayed here previously and things were fine. But this time was not good. Went to take a shower and the water started out brown, then it never got hot. Ran out of toilet paper and there wasn't any new roll. The room was questionably clean, and the fitted sheet was on upside down which made me wonder if it was clean or just flipped. And the remote for the TV didn't work. I chose not to stay for breakfast, which didn't even look good, because I don't want to eat...
