「The property was nice, clean and we loved the room we stayed in. Only issues was I had to call multiple times for a steamer and it took the staff 3 hours to bring one and it didn’t even work. Less parking than rooms available. So you have to park outside the gate, if you don’t beat everyone back to the property for a spot. Otherwise I enjoyed my time there and will stay there again, next time I visit New Orleans.」

「Very cute hotel but there was no elevator, the a/c unit was noisy and parking was difficult. I know the climate was the cause but there were many gnats in the room and lobby:bar.」

「Our bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were crispy white. Lots of fluffy towels including several face cloths. The room was updated with a cute, red refrigerator and lamps with USB-C outlets by the bedside. We were in room 2, close to the office. Despite the immediate proximity to so much, it was much quieter than I expected. Staff made a great effort to accommodate, like dropping and picking up bags early/late despite not being fully staffed (which we knew.) My only complaint was the...

「A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!」

「The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.」

「A pleasant little Oasis in NOLA. The property and the staff were warm, inviting. The rooms were thoughtfully curated and the pool area was very calming. I stayed in three locations while in NOLA and this location by far was the most pleasant and rewarding.」
