"Les chambres sont petites sans télé. Une seule prise dans la chambre.contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur le site de réservation il n’y a aucun ménage journalier. Les leurs ne sont pas faits le ménage ou les serviettes de salle de bain pas changées ! Nous,pouvons vous dire que personne n’est venu dans la chambre en deux nuits pour effectuer le ménage. "Amazing beautiful hotel. Modern yet historic. I wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was super friendly and spoke English and other languages. This is a must see in the Pyrenees."

"This is a solid European 3-Star accommodation walking distance to City Center, parks, shops, bars, restaurants and the famed views of the Pyrenees mountains. Our two bedroom unit was clean, efficient and well kept with good coffee, stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and the very important cork screw. Plenty of room for the family along with strong, fast Wi-fi. There is a Monoprix market (small city grocery store) walking distance. We used it mostly for wine, cheese snacks, and fresh produce but it also has standard groceries. The front desk staff was friendly and did help us out in English. We felt secure as the entrance is locked at night with a pass code for residents. The staff has clear sight of all entering as well. One drawback, no safe in the room however. Regarding their food, we ate out most days but the breakfast looked good if you need to eat at the facility. Overall, I would recommend it for folks needing simple no frills accommodation staying in Pau."

"Hotel Continental Balneario The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time."
