"Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The gym was full of very nice equipment, although I didn't get to actually use any of it. I did see people enjoying it. Good hearty breakfast with just about anything you could ask for. Nice staff in kitchen area too."

When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. "
