「Spacious and very nice room in a new property very conveniently located on the highway at the edge of town. Just minutes away from shopping, dining, marinas, and local attractions like Carlton Landing and Lake Eufaula State Park. Large bathroom with separated toilet, sink, and walk in shower. Definitely would book again.」

「Did not have a good experience with check in. The virtual card that expedia used for the booking with 3rd party was declined. I gave the card number again to the hotel and now have double the charges. Been in chat rooms and call with expedia and the hotel and still not resolved.」

「Tried to check in a king non smoking room and we declared pet that was service dog. This place still tried to charge me a 50 dollar deposit and then tried to debit my card several more times. I asked to refund and they said to contact Expedia. I still haven't received from Expedia. The whole experience was terrible and we slept in our car rather than stay at a motel that was gonna steal my money.」

「Facility was very clean. Staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast good and hot. They were actively improving the hotel with new flooring being placed while the existing floors were mildly aging but spotlessly clean.」

「1. No smoke alarm in room 2. No coffee maker in room 3. No blow dryer in room 4. No iron or ironing board in room 5. Toilet flusher broken, it either ran loudly all night or you had to put your hand into the back tank to close the flush valve manualy (the inside back tank was black with mold) 6. Both chairs in the room had broken legs and were unusable 7. The mini fridge had broken shelves/couldn't stack anything 8. The microwave turntable was broken/would not spin so whatever you tried to cook...

「Decent place, great rate, staff was really nice and welcoming. The bed was the best bed I have ever slept on. I wish I would have checked the brand. This is the mattress I’m going to buy for our new house. Great location right off highway and quick distance to practically anywhere.」

「The entire place had a very unpleasant odor. I realized being an extended stay there were a lot of groups staying there so it was more apartment life vs hotel life. I wouldn't want to stay there again but I survived. The staff was amazing and very helpful! The tenants not so much. The lobby floors are an accident waiting to happen! Slick as snot! It was raining while we were there so we were extremely careful when coming in with wet feet. Anyway stay at your own risk!」
