The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group.

Great location near Wachusett Mountain, which made it very convenient for a ski trip. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing cold. The main reason we booked this hotel was specifically for the pool and hot tub for our kids. We didn’t receive any email or heads-up from the hotel ahead of time that the hot tub was out of service, which resulted in some very upset children. After swimming in the cold pool, we promised them a warm bath, but unfortunately the bath water came out brown, which was another frustrating issue. The walls are also very thin. We could hear people running and walking above us late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We ended up eating dinner at the Colonial Grill. The food itself was good, but we were told the kitchen was backed up and expected a long wait. Ironically, the wait ended up being about an hour anyway, but after a full day of skiing it wasn’t really an option to pack the kids back into the car and go somewhere else. On a positive note, we spoke with a manager about the issues with the pool and hot tub, and they gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was appreciated.

This property needs a serious update. The property looks tired. Attempted to use the fitness room and it was dirty and much of the equipment was unusable. The pool and jacuzzi were closed and looked disgusting. The common areas and room felt unclean

The room was clean though a bit depressing. The curtains and carpet could use a refresher as could the paint in the hallways and in the room. The evening front desk clerk seemed a little scattered and he couldn't be bothered with client service. The morning staff was courteous and helpful.

I have stayed here before and it is a very nice place. Clean and nice amenities. No complaints there. However I was put it in a room where I was awakened early morning by LOUD pounding. I called the front desk and was informed that they were sheet rocking a room a few doors down for me. I asked why put us in a room if you’re having a renovations right next-door? The front desk person was rude and proceeded to say that she didn’t put us in thar room!! She offered to move us, but we only stayed one night. She did not offer anything, credit, something, even a genuine apology would have been nice! But she really didn’t seem to care. Could use some good old fashioned customer service training.
