"Staff was super nice and accommodating… First room had not been cleaned and had stuff in bathroom, toilet was clogged and furniture was moved around… The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and put in a different room immediately… "

"Front desk staff was rude. The was a sticker on the mirror in the bathroom that said towels and bedding would be changed daily. When we returned in the evening nothing was done. We asked the front desk she said oh no every 3 days and gave us a pice of paper smaller than a post it note and said see a pointed at the bottom and you could hardly read it. When we asked for some body was she asked for the empty bottle, as if we were going to steal it. Cricket in the room and much more. We are Wyndham members. They gave the standard apology. We will never stay there again. "
