Was a good stay there front desk showed me the room before I even rented the room just so I could check for cleanliness and bed bugs!! I wouldn't mind having to stay here again

Room was nice. Friendly staff. Heater in room didn't work properly, so, staff moved us to one that did. Beds are comfy, kitchens are nice. Just bring your own dishes and silverware. None provided in the rooms anymore, you have to ask at the front desk.

The staff was very polite and courteous. My room did not look like the pictures at all. The room smelled, the appliances need to be updated, the floor in my room and the hallway needs a good cleaning. There was nothing mentioned of a deposit needed at check-in.

Stayed for 2 days with my fiancée. Not the best ESA I’ve stayed in, but, not the worst either. Room was comfortable, however, coffee pots are not provided anymore, and you have to request the dishes you need from the front desk. COVID has apparently changed things. Did see a roach on the wall, but, not sure if it was already there or brought in by someone else. Even with the few disappointments, it was a nice stay in OKC for the weekend.

Property was in absolute complete disrepair. Floors were greasy, walls were covered in slime and crusty goop. All surfaces were dusty. Missing drawer bedside table, broken drawer hanging off dresser. Arm chair was ripped up. Socks, playdough, comb from previous guests stuffed in the chair. All outlets are rusted through and missing fixtures with wires hanging out of holes in the ceiling. In addition, the property has become a hangout for addicts and unhoused individuals.

Where to start. The door got stuck somehow and hit me in the temple hard when i went to open it. Got kitchen with a micro and 2 burners, no dishes or utensils, so unless you travel with pots and pans, the kitchen is useless, plus a rusty fridge. The tub was missing that stopper thing under the faucet so you could see how gross it is in there and the water kept going in when i was taking a bath. All kind of signs with rules, one of which says if you have a guest, they can stay 15-30 minutes and you will be charged $100 for that half hour visitor. No wonder everyone loiters out in the parking lot. Oh yeah, there was something sticky on the counter, cant miss it, so i put a napkin over it so they needed to do their job. All kinds of stains in the bathroom sink. I just needed a bed for a couple of days and a tub but this place is way worse than I expected. The Indian male owner, apparently, does not smile and was just there sitting, watching the women do all the work. If they would bother fixing things up, they could charge more and it would look nicer. I would not suggest you staying here unless you have no other options in all of OKC area.

Dirty. Trashy. Not family friendly. More like the place you take a prostitute. The bed were made but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains on the walls and cabinets, and I've seen much cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. There waa a lot of chais at check in with folks coming and going and being loud and rude to the front desk staff. The whole vibe waa sketchy, dirty, and unsafe. We did NOT stay. We sucked up that we were going to get stuck paying twice and found another hotel to stay at.

I had to switch rooms twice due issues with the rooms, finally went with the 3rd one and then found out there was a leak from either the tub or toilet. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty, holes and poor attempts of patching in the rooms. It's like almost no effort was given other than making the beds.
