「Air conditioning not good at all. Had set on the lowest setting and was hot a humid in the room the whole time. Very humid in the hallway as well. The shower sounded like it was about to take flight when it was on and the toilet ran literally all night. I’ll just pay the $150 to stay at the Hilton next time.」

「Our receptionist was friendly, but the room we booked was not what we received. We booked a room for four person capacity (3 actually staying in the room) Should have been a king bed and a pull out sofa. When we got to our room there was a king bed and a chair. We asked for a room with a sofa or a room with 2 beds. None available. They did bring us a small portable bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain so water ended up all over the floor. The lamp didn’t have a light switch. ...

「I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.」

「I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit my family. I have stayed many times. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good also. Convenient location in the town, close to restaurants.」

「Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. The only positive thing was the change of rooms I asked about. Having a knee...

「We checked in at 6:00 on Friday and the person at the desk was helpful and quick. Breakfast Saturday was great and the young man helping was extremely nice and helpful.」

「The elevator was broke and I was stuck2 times, the frog in the room never got cold, no microwave, the pool was closed before 7, breakers was not fresh and fruits were rotten. When I returned the hotel after dinner I had no parking and the guy at the front desk advised me to me to park across the street in the other hotel parking, which was across a busy highway. It was a bad experience」
