Older style hotel that you can see and feel the age in it. The beds were too firm for our liking. We did see a couple bugs in our room.

I had a nice, friendly check-in process. However, when checking out, the staff was unattentive and ignored me until I SPOKE UP. The property was well maintained. It should NOT say breakfast included. However, it should say grab breakfast and coffee included.

We had to stay for an emergency in our home. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice the hotel was. Despite the age of the building.

I've stayed there for several several months and the staff has always been helpful no matter what and respectful and kind. The rooms are nice and clean and smell very well. Just the bathtubs need to be updated or cleaned or something cuz some of them have like a little rust stain in them which makes them look dirty but for the most part they are clean. The amenities could be a little bit better due to they close at a certain time and doors locked @10a if you a person that works their shelf it's kind of hard coming in and out. Especially if you forget your key or if you're coming in after working third shift to check in. But for the most part I give it a four out of five

The staff was rude and nasty. The rooms were not safe. The doors didn't lock. You could just push the door open and you didn't need the key and the rooms were old and outdated. We change rooms twice. The first ones we checked in the refrigerator was rusted and it had a horrible smell. The second room we checked in one the door collided but the furniture was cracking where you could peel the fake wood off the furniture and in the other room the door just didn't lock. You can literally push the door open and walk in on my son's and I was traveling with young children so that is not safe and for the staff to be very rude and nasty. About the situation when I asked for a refund and refuse to give me one, it was just ridiculous
