「Was promised — and purchased — two breakfasts with each night’s stay. When we arrived, no breakfasts were provided (except for the first night). I don’t know — and don’t really care — if it was Expedia’s or the hotel’s fault. Both the hotel and Expedia lost a tremendous amount of goodwill with me. Bad bad business practices. If I ran my law firm in such a manner, I’d have no clients. Shameful . . .」

「Staff where incredibly rude, the "continental breakfast" was extremely lacking being there was little to nothing there, out of 40 channels only 2 actually worked, there was a weird smell throughout, the beds had no support and were very uncomfortable, rooms are small and cramped even in the nicer rooms. Honestly its no wonder they had to offer room upgrades for a "good review" cause thats the only way they're going to get one.」
