「Listed as sleeps 6. Only has 1 queen. A day bed that is trundle that has very uncomfortable 2 inch hard pad. The couch does not open to a bed. We booked 3 adults , plus one 16 yr old. They gave us 3 towles. 6 ft tall 16 yr old had to sleep on a short couch. We had to go buy towels because property management would not bring us towels till next day. Backs are sore from in adequate beds.. only book if you have just 2 people. Also the neighborhood is sketchy. No fresh air' windows do not open'...

「I wasn't expecting much from the rating, but I thought this property was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice! My room was poolside so I thought it might be noisy, but this is one of the quietest properties I have ever stayed at! Courtyard and pool were lovely, room was a good temperature and very clean, and check in and out were simple. Really have no complaints, and thought this was a nicer stay than some of the higher-rated hotels at which I've stayed. 」

「Day one. Shower head was a dribble and drain stopped up and found cockroaches floating in the tub.. Day two, requested to be moved I was given a room key to move closer to the front of the hotel. Went to check out this room and woke up a gentleman who said he was moved into that room during the night. Day 3, the shower was like taking a shower with a waterpick the drain was stopped up. Went by the front desk and ask if they would have maintenance go by room to fix drain. I bought a shower head...

「My real complaint was the parking issue. It was a hassle to find the parking, one of the workers gave us the convoluted route to their parking spaces and once we parked there, we were told we couldn’t because we had to buy a parking pass and they were sold out… so we had to park at Sundial and for one night the price was almost $40. Mind you, we parked around 5pm and left at 10AM. I mean the room is decent. And their valet parking, which is in a garage right next to the building, is only...
