「Great hotel.. clean, excellent breakfast, quiet environment. The only issue was that, staff appears and disappears ,certain times of the day ,you don't to see them.. other than that, Great place」

「First of all there ir no aircon in the rooms. So be careful. We had very bad experience there. Breakfast was 10 euro p/p. It was OK. Hotel is very far from the city center. I do not stay there again 」

「The property is stunning and the grounds pretty. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. As there was a heatwave, the air con was very much appreciated. It is a self check-in process and we didn't see any staff until breakfast time.」

「This is the second time I have stayed here and it won't be the last. The Thai manager, who is also the masseuse, was excellent. She was welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I settled into my room and was able to have an hour's massage soon afterwards. It was wonderful after a 5hr30min drive. 「Room was clean. People weee nice. But AC did not work. We let the generator ent desk know right away. They said technician will fix. But we had to stay with out AC through out and it was super hot. It was hard to sleep / stay in the room.」

「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」
