「Perfect location, the apt is a five minute walk to the McGill campus. The space was extremely clean and we all all enjoyed having our own space. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. The amenities were also very well maintained and looked after. The only very slight observation was that the bed in our bedroom was in disrepair, but the staff addressed it quickly and were wonderful about it」

「The only complaint I had was there was only one face cloth and 2 of us in the room.. When we came back to our room after being out for dinner they had done the turn down service it was a very nice touch, however they used our bathroom and the toilet wasn’t flushed properly and it was a bit smelly yuk!!! 「因為飛機延誤一天，立即訂了這間酒店，之前住過覺得房間很好酒店很有特色，酒店設計很特別，全開放式，很有空間感。航班延誤令我的行程很疲累，幸好這一天入住了這間酒店，也給了我一個小驚喜，upgrade了我的房間，實在太感動了，可以在大風雪中在酒店啦享受一下，房間實在太舒適了！酒店的服務也非常好，我查詢有沒有可以溜冰的地方，他們給了我很好的資料。唯一有一點失望的就是早餐沒之前的水準。」
