While the property rooms and common building are clean and the staff is friendly, the beds are uncomfortable, Hotels.com said there was AC and a fitness center, neither are available at the facility so my room was constantly hot. There were a couple bugs in my room. The towels are poor quality. My room was next to housekeeping so it was very loud. "I highly recommend this wonderful hotel! The staff are excellent! The location is so convenient, directly across the street from Toulouse Matabiau station. The beds were very comfortable. Our room had windows facing into a courtyard and was very very quiet. The shower head can be adjusted high enough for my son's 190cm frame and the water pressure and temperature were great. There is a water dispenser near the front desk with cold/ambient/sparkling water for free. We used this to fill multiple bottles with cold water before heading into Toulouse. Bag storage after checkout was free and very easy to retrieve the bags before our next train. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Toulouse! "
