「Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with...

「On October 17 in the afternoon, there was a protest in front of the hotel. We were DISAPPOINTED at the absence of hotel management during this time of crisis at the main reception area when the protesters were in front of the main entrance. We saw only two staff members who could NOT answer any questions. The two main wooden doors could NOT be closed for more protection. One door was inoperable and stuck. In time of any crisis, it would reassuring to see management present!」

「The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand...
