「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「We had a nice stay at a decent rate. We were able to get where we needed and could walk to places to eat.」

「Toilet ran all night and hot water was only warm.」

「Just as advertised」

「The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious with many options.」

「The room was clean and the AC worked great. The beds were comfortable and the the entire room was very roomy. Only downside was there was no breakfast due to renovations but other than that it was a nice place to stay.」

「Stayed on the third floor and every evening there was an overwhelming smell of food cooking. It would fill my room. Not what I want my hotel room to smell like. Tub was stained and door didn't close properly in the bathroom.」

「They keep moving around saying wrong room why bags are heavy this is wrong」
