"Visited Madrid with friends for 4 nights staying at SLEEP’N Atocha. Room was a standard double and while being fairly compact everything was perfect. Clean, fresh and quiet. Nice heavy bath and hand towels, shower gel, shampoo and hand gel provided. Room might be a bit tight for two sharing but for one absolutely fine. Buffet Breakfast was amazing, cold meats, cereals, cheese, fruits, nuts, pastries, scrambled egg, bacon, smoked salmon, juice, coffee, various teas and several types of milk to name a few… Staff were also amazing! So friendly, accommodating and helpful, very willing to help, advise and even organise tickets for various attractions! "

"This was a wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and even allowed us to check in early, though we only came early to ask about bag storage. The bar was a great addition and the breakfast, for 10€ each, was fantastic! Highly recommended. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a 5 year old. "

"The hotel was in a great location, right off the metro and a 10 minute walk to Atocha station. The room was clean but the air conditioning was weak, as to be expected in Europe. Our room rarely got under 73 degrees. The rooftop was amazing but the pool was closed when we wanted to go."

"It is a great value for the price. Near Atocha, museums, and metro stations. The room was minimalist but more than adequate. No breakfast is offered but there is a refrigerator in the room and a complimentary coffee machine in lobby, in addition to the expresso machine in the room. "

"The area was ok and close to the metro. The basement room was very poor. Very noisy from passing pedestrians. It wasn't easy to move around the room. The shower leaked into the bathroom. Couldn't open the wardrobe as was too close to the bed. No signal on the TV. Bed tipped up when sitting on one side. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Unpleasant smell. Nice bedding on the bed. Staff were nice. "
