「Before I came to Madeira, I was a little worried that maybe it would let me down. But when j arrived this island, the Sunshine the sea made me so happy! I like this hotel so much, peaceful and beautiful! from the hotel. You can see the sea! The beautiful view! And five star service! And the bar has performance on Thursday! It's really nice! And you can enjoy your breakfast and lunch near the sea! The design of hotel is perfect and there is also a nog beautiful swimming pool and gym! I like it!」

「Wir haben den Urlaub in vollsten Zügen genießen können! Unter dem Hotel war eine Parkgarage, die wir kostenfrei nutzen konnten und auch sonst hatte das Hotel einige Aktivitäten zu bieten. Vor allem das Essen und der gute Service ist hervorgestochen. Es war wirklich sehr vielseitig, gesund und lecker zubereitet. Das Personal war stets höflich, merkte sich Kleinigkeiten bei Bestellungen und war stets für Empfehlungen ansprechbar. Definitiv empfehlenswert! 」

「We opted for bed and breakfast at the hotel, we did a lot of hiking whilst on Madeira and, the Saccharum resort breakfast never failed to set us up for whatever we were getting up to. First class service! Great local restaurants in the area but I have to call out the hotel restaurants as being second to none. We ate in the restaurant overlooking the infinity pool on two occasions- fantastic choice, efficiency and the staff were wonderful.」

「This hotel met our needs - clean and pleasant rooms, good beds, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. We were not pleased with the coffee service, nor did we find the lack of parking near by the hotel helpful. We were especially pleased with the assistance the front desk staff offered us around our very early departure and treansportation to the airport.」

「They say they have parking but its often full. The food at the restaurant is very bad and most of the staff are rude. The views from the room is great though. It feels like a cheap hotel, you just pay for the view and the location (easy to walk to the beach, old town)」

「This place is amazing, the views are incredible. Facilities are very nice. The only issues are no aircon or fan so it gets a bit hot at night I had to leave balcony door open for airflow.」

「Views from balcony, location and check in staff were great. Hotel was very clean but a little tired and very dark and stale in the hallways. Bed was saggy. Breakfast buffet was extensive in choices and decent in quality. Staff there really friendly too. 」
