"Nice hotel in a good area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were really nice, except for one of the ladies that was at the front desk one morning. We had paid for our breakfast the night before and she didn’t believe us, even though we were showing her the receipt. She was extremely rude about it. She finally said “just go”. Breakfast didn’t have a good variety. Other than the breakfast fiasco, our stay was good. "

"The location was great and the staff was friendly. What we didn't know was there was a carnival going on right in front of our hotel, and that took away the charm of the city. The reason I booked this hotel was for the location, but the carnival put a damper on our visit. The bathroom was a strange set up (you had to walk in the shower to get to the toilet). Regardless, it was a good hotel based on location."

"Fantastic location. Lovely to have coffee and tea freely available all day. Comfortable room. You’ll need to be ok showering in front of others in your room as the shower is in the open. Lovely stay and lovely staff "
