「We arrived at 0845 in the morning and were met immediately and taken to our room. This was a very pleasant surprise since we were just hoping to place our bags in the office and spend the day in town until we could check in. The room and stay were wonderful. 「We had an Oceanview room on the first floor and the view from the front porch was outstanding - maybe 50-75’ of beach to the water from the front sidewalk. There were half a dozen palapas spread out on the beach in front of the rental units and the HUGE pool that has a swim-up bar. The rooftop restaurant has great views and tasty food. Teresa at the front desk spoiled us by ensuring everything went smoothly, booked restaurant reservations and excursions for us, and was absolutely lovely to chat with. I can’t recommend the Ellysian enough, we would go back in a heart beat. 」

「Spacious 2 Bedroom unit. Was on a ground floor which we were initially disappointed with, but the advantage of stepping directly out to the pool compensated for that. Items of note - the oven is disabled on the stove/oven - disappointing to reheat their great pizza in a microwave, but expect it is a safety/fire concern. Beach and pool area was well maintained - definitely glad we chose the ocean side of the resort. Would definitely return!」
