Great location, right in the heart of the point of the peninsula. Minutes to all the shopping, food, groceries, and beach. Rooms are pretty basic but were a great home base to sleep, shower, and cool off when the heat got to be too much.

A quiet little "village" - truly - centered around a courtyard and a quick walk to the main road of the sidewalk. Less bar and dog noise than other places we have stayed. Will definitely be back!

idyllic calm oasis in the heart of Placencia

Cozy, comfortable, tranquil. charming - in the heart of Placencia a shorlt walk from restaurants and bars but calm and sererne. The owners are terrific and extremely responsive.

The site is a great little oasis in the middle of Placencia. Well-kept old style bungalows with modern amenities, set in a beautiful shaded garden area. Easy walk to beach, dock and restaurants. Staff and on-site owner very helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and laid back. The room came with a queen bed, a hot plate for cooking, a set of dishes for 2, microwave, abd coffeemaker. There are several stores nearby to buy food The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. It is a very affordable place to stay.

Perfect location. Within walking distance off all the restaurants and stores in the village, as well as the beach and boardwalk. Well provisioned room with full kitchen, love seat and smart TV with several channels. Comfortable bed with nice bedding and soft blanket. Great air conditioning and ceiling fan. Multiple windows letting in a lot of natural light. Total blackout curtains. The only drawback is the shower stall. Really small and hard to move around in. The check-in process was amazing. The person who checked me in reached out to me two days before to confirm my arrival time and transportation. She immediately greeted me by name and had me checked into my room in minutes. She was also incredibly kind and considerate. The property owner was awesome. Very kind and accommodating with my check-out and airport transportation.

Ron and Lacey were excellent hosts. Very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and excursions. They helped us set up an excellent trip up Monkey River. They have bikes, stand up paddle boards, etc. for guests’ use. They cabins are very clean and have everything you need. They porch on Turtle was very comfortable for mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend this place. It is close to all restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

The property itself was okay but felt their advertising was off. The first picture is of the beach and they are not on the beach- it’s a walk. Second their units are upstairs and ground which wasn’t clear when we booked and we had a bunch of kids above us. Not ideal for our honeymoon. Lesley was amazing and accommodating and great. Very friendly and great hostess and on site if you need anything. The places are not updated and showers are very rundown but for the price it was expected

The windows were louvered wood in all rooms except one where the air conditioner was so it never got really cool in the place and all noise outside was loud since they were not sealed. I noticed all the other rooms to stay in had sealed windows so not sure why this one has not been updated. The front desk lady was very helpful when we did need something but was not available for 3 of the days we were there. They could make the road to walk to the villas smoother. My mom tripped over some big rocks in the driveway and fell face first. Luckily she wasn’t seriously hurt but had a bump on her head and some scrapes. It was a convenient location to restaurants and to the pier

We loved our stay in the Turtle room! We had a last minute change in our itinerary and needed a place for only one night... But we wished we had more time at this spot! The owners are very kind and responsive. The room was very comfy and cozy. I appreciated all the shelving in the rooms and bathroom. AC worked great. And the screened in porch was really wonderful to hang out on. It's also in a great location for wandering around the village.
