「The property was very nice but the only thing was the heating in the room. It was very hard to manage and it was not showing the correct temperature at all. You turned it off and on again and the temperature jumped 2 degrees 」

「Please note: The room was quiet and beds were particularly comfortable…Thankyou. I have sent a review this morning regarding the absence of a handbasin (or even a shelf for holding clothing before showering ) in the toilet/shower area. The review may not have reached you this morning, so if not - I spoke especially of the unsanitary situation of using the sink in the ‘kitchen’ area for washing hands following a toilet visit. This is a “clean area”- a place to make drinks, rinse/wash cutlery...
