「This hotel is the only choice for me in the Jacksonville area. The staff is incredible, specifically Josh who is the best I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry. 」

「The hotel was a great place for families with young children, however we are not that. For us there were too many kids and you could not even get in the pool. Everyone was pleasant and the even the kids were well behaved.」

「My weekend stay was Excellent. Nice clean comfortable rooms I had the ocean front room and I really loved it. I took the valet parking cause everything you want is in walking distance food, bars and stores. The valet parking people was so nice and you can request your car from your phone as much as you like no additional charges and the front desk lady was Super nice she welcome us made us feel comfortable and told us what restaurants to try in the area The sandbox is okay I think it's good to...

「we enjoyed a nice walk to the Beach, and enjoyed the Pool area as it was very quiet, except for the construction down the street! The staff was very pleasant and didn't hesitate to greet us every time we went by!! The breakfast was very good and the 24hr Coffee was awesome!」

「I picked this property based on its amenities, including a swimming pool and a hot tub. Both were under construction. This was not listed on the Orbitz site. Also, the coffee was Maxwell House, which I have never seen at a Hilton hotel. The last couple of days of my trip the Keurig was spitting coffee grounds on the counter and the floor. 」
