「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...

「I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.」

「Food was superb. The employees were so attentive and very serviceable. This was a business stay so didn’t get the chance to enjoy the amenities. Did manage to squeeze in a hike the shortest trail of the 3 they offer. Breathtaking views especially after rainy day. 」
