「Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel durante mis visitas a Vallarta, y sin duda seguirá siendo mi lugar favorito para quedarme. Desde la llegada, el personal es siempre amable, atento y muy profesional, lo que hace que uno se sienta bienvenido desde el primer momento. 「Overall this was a great property. A few cons: when I asked for espresso at breakfast they told me I’d have to walk to the cafe. Not super guest focused in my opinion. Food was hot or miss: some things were amazing and some were at or below average. Housekeeping was on top If it and wonderful. Also, be prepared for the property to try and sell you a vacation share type thing. 」

「I don't know why there are complaints about the food. It was excellent! Many choices if you want American food or Mexican. The waiters were awesome and always there to get you drinks or anything else. The beach was beautiful and sandy, no rocks at all except where the property line was marked. Pools were nice. Night time show was fun and ended by 10 pm so no noise problems after that. Fun walk along a river/pond that does have an alligator in residence. Had no problem finding a pool side...

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「El servicio todo incluido es extremadamente cómodo, sobretodo porque incluye acceso al sauna, vapor y jacuzzi en el SPA. Tienen dos Jacuzzis en el área de piscinas, que es increíble. Amo los Jacuzzis. Y se encuentra a 15 minutos de aeropuerto con acceso al mar. Excelente para vacaciones y viajes de negocios.」
