「We travel to Santiago de Los caballeros from New Jersey. The hotel is in a very central area,very safe there are two malls near by. My daughter has autism and the staff was very accommodating,friendly and helpful The pool is amazing we spend two days just relaxing by pool,we love it so much that we had all our dinners at the restaurant el sazon located inside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back!」

「Someone was cutting their nails and housekeeping forgot to pick them up from my room floor. Terrible service at the rooftop bar, mess with room charging, next day at breakfast all hot items were missing, not replaced, I asked for food, … was waiting 15 min, no food. Get your act together, there are better hotels in the area like the AC Marriott」

「Todo me encanto, super limpio, las habitaciones grandes y comodas con vistas espectaculares, todo el personal se manthvo dispuesto y cortes! El restaurante es fenomenal, tanto desayuno como cena los disfrutamos mucho, sobre todo por las hermosas vistas, espero volver nuchas veces mas!!!」

「La peor experiencia de la vida desde que abrimos la puerta, casa sin ventilación, sucia en pésimas condiciones, muebles deteriorados, sin agua, nada de lo mencionado en la descripción ni en las fotos, pura publicidad engañosa , baños sin agua y desagües taqueados ,sin televisor, sin toallas , artículos desagradables de personas que estuvieron antes, súper mala presentación. En definitiva todo mal. Esto no tiene carta de presentación! Solo abusivos con el cobro.」
