"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."

"We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space.
