Amazing staff who were super helpful. Breakfast was also great and a very short walk to then ski down to lifts. Room was great and we would definitely stay again. Only minor thing, would be a few more hooks in the room to hang skiing clothes, hence still giving 10/10.

Hotel Voulez vous is outstanding. The hotel is across the street from the mountain and an easy very brief walk for ski in/ski out. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful- the even go so far as to help you put your boots on and off. They will store your skis and boots overnight. The food at the bar and restaurant was delicious. The spa is very nice. Overall, I have no complaints about this hotel.

Excellent hotel - great location and facilities. Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast options could benefit from more diverse range of fruits and certain items only available on specific days. Dinner menu while great could be more staple given the resort - dont aim for gournemt. Children’s salmon came overdozed in salt (not ok). Congierge while helpful needed prompting on occasions regarding our car (and waited 45min after requested for it when leaving).

Best staff of any 5 star hotel either of us have ever stayed at. Nothing too much trouble. Exceptional people skills. Left with the impression every staff member GENUINELY wanted to help you, as opposed to it just being their job. Both myself and travelling companion extremely impressed and instantly put at ease and relaxed by the whole team. Thank you for a wonderful stay, next time hopefully we can stay longer.

This is a brilliant hotel, located right next to the slopes in Tignes Le Lac. The service is outstanding and I must say the staff goes out of the way to help you and make you well comfortable. A special shout out to Sarah who was incredible throughout as well as the staff in the ski shop who were always on hand to help with the equipment and give insights on the slopes. All in all, would stay here again when we are back in Tignes. PS: Having fresh fruit juices available for breakfast is important and is something which should be an option especially when they are available in the bar later in the day.

It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it.

Nice room and very friendly staff in a chilled setting. Great access for competent skiers to get straight back to the hotel. The spa was also nice (especially the sauna) after all day on the slopes. But the food was not good. We took the half board option on arrival before realising there was almost nothing vegetarian on the menu (the risotto that claimed to be vegetarian definitely had animal rennet in). We weren't allowed to cancel our half board ("hotel rules"), so we had to pay in full, but ended up eating elsewhere most of the time and felt pretty ripped off. The meals we did have were poor quality. (Congratulations on producing the worst margarita pizza any of us could remember!!) I would enjoy staying again, but would make plans to eat elsewhere.

Excellent modern hotel with impeccable service

This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Le Lac looking for a well pampered ski holiday.

Fantastic Hotel

Fantastic Hotel. Staff were amazing especially Rose in Restaurant and Françoise and Johan who helped every morning and evening with boots and skis which made the day less challenging:) Very short walk to the slopes if choose the access next to the bus stop at side of hotel Breakfast and Dinner superb with plenty of choices , offered the additional choices of eating at sister establishments wouldn’t recommend this. Amazing hotel and service by all from the minute we arrived when we were met by car valet who took our luggage to the room to the time he picked our luggage up from our room loaded the car and met us at front of hotel Can’t wait to return next year.

Blown away

The staff couldn't do enough to help us. Ski holidays have so many bits and pieces to organise, and our every need was taken care of. Was especially impressed by the staff in the equipment room, who clipped our boots every morning (spoiled!) and had our skis waiting at the door. We've never been so pampered! Can never stay anywhere else!

This is our second year staying in VoulezVous and the service continues to be top-notched and exceeded our expectation (again!). All the staff (including the accommodation and the excellent ski room/shop) were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The free shuttle makes travelling in the area and our airport transfer bus stops stress free (not to mentioned picking us up from Val Claret after a long-day of skiing a great privilege). We discovered more of Tignes and got an excellent recommendation for the restaurant Le Panoramic at the Grand Motte a memorable experience too!

喜歡：整潔度、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Excellent hotel all round. Restaurant food amazing. Staff exceptional (esp in the Ski Room). Great location. Great spa. Nothing else to say.
