「I’ve been in Sparta many times but never stayed overnight. The Inn is a little vintage but with some updates and clean! Great value especially if you’re doing Parkway activities. I would not think twice about booking there again. Sparta has some excellent comfort food venues and the Bluffs restaurant on the Parkway is worth it with food and ambience. 「Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem.」

「Bathroom was dirty. The floor in front of the window was soaking wet - we had to change rooms. We were at breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end but was told they were out of fruit and out of other things. Poor selection of breakfast items. Overall, the place looks old and tired and the staff reflect that.」
