「It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection. The only thing was those AWFUL triangle luggage carts? Our luggage fell of going and leaving. A mess. I will likely never go back just because of those awful luggage carts. 」

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.
However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids.

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾……
基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「Room was clean, hotel badly needs remodeling but it’s too big to make it worthwhile so it will probably get worse. No hot breakfast at the hotel just bagels and muffins. Gotta say tho the beds were much more comfortable than a lot of nicer hotels」
