「The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very welcoming.」

「The hotel was clean and the late night staff was friendly. The daytime front desk staff could not have been any less interested in helping people if they had to be. One was playing on his phone and one was reading a book every time we walked past for two days. A large bus group wiped out the breakfast buffet, and the person replenishing. 「This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.」

「Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room on the 5th floor was quite noisy due to the constant opening and closing of nearby doors, which made it difficult to fully relax. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working during our stay, but the staff accommodated us by moving us to a room on the 1st floor, which felt like an upgrade and was much more comfortable.
