「Un séjour très agréable avec quelques nuances. La chambre était très cosy, parfaitement équipée avec un frigo et une bouilloire (très appréciable pour la tisane du soir !). Le personnel de l'accueil est charmant, chaleureux et vraiment aux petits soins. Seul bémol : l'emplacement. Les photos nous laissaient imaginer un cadre en pleine nature avec vue sur le lac, mais l'hôtel se situe en réalité dans un quartier plus urbain. C'est un point à noter si vous recherchez un dépaysement total."」

La chambre était très confortable et d’une grande propreté, avec une literie vraiment excellente. Le petit déjeuner face à la montagne est un moment incroyable. Il est très complet et les produits sont excellents. Tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant : on se sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir.」

「We had a wonderful stay here, right at the foot of the slopes. Our room was amazing as we were on the corner and had a wrap around balcony. It was clean on arrival and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice although there could have been more warm vegetarian options for my friend. The spa facilities were nice after a day on the slopes although the jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer. The staff were warm and friendly and helpful. Ski lockers were a bit small but there is a ski hire shop next...
