"Had a very nice stay, complimentary late check out (do ask) was great as clocks went forward. Spa was great and not too busy, they are undergoing renovation and made this very clear. View of the lake which was excellent and staff were friendly and laid back. Did not eat here so can’t comment on that."

"Very good, clean and comfortable room with plenty of storage space and it had a very good TV. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Helpful members of staff. Convenient location, parking at the hotel was available and the tram stop is right outside the hotel."

"Check in was very efficient . The corridors smelt of wacky backy! The rooms were ok. Breakfast was ok the bacon was overdone but everything else was nice. ok stay for what we wanted it for."

"Room wasn't as advertised, was very old fashioned tiny bed, floorboards creaking constantly, paper thin walls. When people walked past the room their floorboards also creaked, you could hear people talking as they walked past and they was just having a normal conversation so they wasn't speaking loudly it felt as if they were next to you, one cup on the tea tray, never again "
