「Very friendly staff, great breakfast, room Didn’t feel safe as there was a broken lock on the window. 」

「The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like not having an actual chair for the workspace so it was hard to work. The elevators were dirty and frankly they reaked of vape and other smells every time I stayed and I stayed 3 times in the last few weeks. The hallways downstairs near the elevators and exits were dirty. So while the room was clean each time I stayed and the entrance and breakfast area was clean, outside of that, the public areas were dirty. I only returned because...

「The water pressure was horrible. The beds were ok the thermostat was governed to a low of 67 the new was nice of a pond with ducks. The breakfast was not good as the food was cold and ate once for the week stay there. Room service cleaned every other day and forgot one day. The hotel remained packed with guests. Would not stay here in the future I would pay for nicer accommodations elsewhere. 」

「Couldn’t check in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned up. It was ready at almost 3:30, and there was no apology. The atrium was noisy until night. The 24-hour shuttle bus is convenient.」
